Everlasting Arms

Deuteronomy 33:27 "The Eternal God is your refuge and dwelling place, and underneath are the everlasting arms"

No matter where you are or what is going on around you, you are safe in the arms of God..because He is your refuge..He is your dwelling place. You may be facing the most challenging circumstances you have ever faced..but you are not alone..He is holding you...and His arms never tire of holding you.

Remember that. Remember that the arms of God are everlasting arms. Resting in that awareness of Him will bring you to an even deeper place of trust. He cares for you. He sees your circumstances. He knows your heart. He knows those who would like to hurt you...and He holds you.

Your dwelling place is in His very loving and capable arms. You can trust that the concerns of your heart are held firmly in the provision that He has made for you. He wants you to lean on, trust in, and confidently hope in Him.

Yesterday, we got to spend the afternoon with our precious grandson. He was tired and fell asleep in Ray's arms. I loved the picture..it wasn't just that he was comfortable and confident enough to rest in the arms of his grandpa..it was that his grandpa was fully devoted to holding him, making sure he was comfortable, making sure he didn't fall. We have a God Who is fully devoted to us. He loves us. He wants to carry us through whatever difficult circumstance we face. He will not let go.

Beloved, don't reject His embrace.
