Isaiah 49:11 "I will turn all my mountains into roads"

How often have I gone through my day, praying that God would remove some of the difficult things from my life..the difficult circumstances, the hurts, the pain, the untruth that has been told about me, the thorn in the flesh. Sometimes I have seen those prayers answered...but more often than not, I have had a sense that God was speaking to me that His grace was sufficient..that He would walk me through, and that when I got to the other side of my trial, I would see His handiwork, and the fact that He had carried me in an even deeper way.
"I will turn all my mountains into roads"..sometimes beloved, our obstacles are what make us stronger..they are what help us to turn to God..they are what help us to trust Him in every situation. We often pray for their removal, for we tend to think that if only those things were removed, we would live a better life.
However, I think that sometimes these difficult trials are actually the conditions needed for God to grow us. I think that maybe sometimes they have been allowed in our lives as the means of producing the very answers that we have been praying so very long for.
Today, there is nothing in your life that distresses or concerns you that God is not aware of. Remember that these difficulties are God's mountains, and if He has allowed them in your life, He will certainly walk them with you. He will NEVER fail to keep His promises to you.
